What makes Kandie’s Scents candles different?
Our candles are hand-poured with love using premium coconut soy and/or soy wax blends for a clean, slow burn. We use phthalate-free fragrance oils and a variety of wooden and cotton wicks to enhance the ambiance. Every product is crafted in small batches, ensuring quality and care in every jar.
What wax do you use in your candles and wax melts?
We use a blend of natural coconut soy wax and soy wax to create a smooth, even melt pool and excellent scent throw. This eco-friendly blend is non-toxic, cruelty-free, and great for people with chemical sensitivities.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Do you offer room sprays?
Yes! Our room sprays are perfect for freshening up any space. Made with essential oil-infused fragrances or phthalate-free fragrance oils, they’re ideal for bedrooms, bathrooms, cars, and linens. Each spray is designed to complement our seasonal candle scents and our signature line.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Unfortunately, Kandie’s Scents, LLC are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has shipped. All sales are final. However, in case of damage during shipment, please reach out to USPS and submit a claim. For additional information, please click here!
What happens if my package was lost or stolen?
Kandie’s Scents, LLC is not responsible to lost or stolen packages; and in this case, please contact USPS and submit a claim. We kindly ask that prior to contacting us, please supply us with the proper claim information. For additional information, please click here!
Do you ship overseas or to P. O. boxes?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not currently ship overseas. We do, however, ship to P.O. Boxes located in the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days and usually take 1-3 days to arrive via USPS depending on your shipping location. However, shipping delays have increased significantly. Once provided, use your tracking number for delivery estimates.
How long will my candle last before I use it?
Kandie’s Scents, LLC makes tin candles with a Soy Wax Blend and jar candles with a Natural Coconut Wax Blend. Therefore, our candles actually get better the longer they cure (sit before lighting it). So, your candle will be fine to sit, even if you decide not to use it until months later!
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
While our products are made with non-toxic, high-quality ingredients, we always recommend keeping candles and sprays out of reach of pets and children. Use sprays on surfaces and fabrics responsibly and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How strong are your candle scents?
We focus on perfectly balanced fragrances—strong enough to fill a room, yet gentle enough to enjoy without being overwhelming. Each scent is tested to ensure a great hot and cold throw, especially in our popular 3 oz and 7 oz tins.

Why does my candle wick have a black "mushroom" shape after burning?
All of our wicks burn with a slight curl which creates a self-trimming effect with minimal carbon buildup (mushrooming), reduced smoking, and a stable flame.
Why does my candle have frosting, wet spots, or uneven tops?
Great question! These are natural characteristics of soy-based candles and are a sign of purity:

Frosting – a white, frosted appearance caused by crystal growth in natural wax

Wet spots – small gaps between wax and container caused by cooling

Uneven tops – a common result of natural cooling post-burn
These imperfections are purely aesthetic and do not affect performance or scent.
